Raleigh With Us (RWU) is proud to partner with Project Access to launch a comprehensive college prep workshop, designed to bridge the gap in college access and readiness for local high school and middle school students. Our goal is to provide a platform for students to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the college application process, career options, entrepreneurship and soft skills.
At Raleigh With Us, we believe that every student deserves access to quality education and career guidance. Through this initiative,
we aim to:
Provide students with valuable insights into the college application process.
Foster a sense of community and support among students and professionals.
Guide students to pursue their dreams and make informed decisions about their future.
Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Family Resource Center at Bridges at North Hills, 6630 Lake Hill Dr, Apt C, Raleigh, NC 27609
We are seeking diverse, authentic voices to share their experiences and insights with our students. As a volunteer guest speaker,
You will have the opportunity to:
Share your path to college and career journey, lessons learnt and impact the students
Offer college prep tips and tools to succeed in whatever endeavor of their choice
Inspire students to pursue their dreams
Be a mentor in the moment and make a lasting impact
Support equity and access in education
Build community with like-minded individuals in the Raleigh area
No prep required – just show up and be yourself
