At Raleigh with Us Non-Profit Organization, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and ensuring our donors and supporters feel confident in their contributions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we may issue refunds for donations, event registrations, and other transactions.

1. Donations

All donations made to Raleigh with Us are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests for donations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:

The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).

The amount donated was incorrect.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the donation date.

2. Event Registrations

For events hosted by Raleigh with Us, refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.Cancellation requests made within 3-6 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

3. Merchandise

Merchandise purchased from Raleigh with Us may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

-The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

-The incorrect item was shipped.

-Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
