Our Youth Future Program supports high school students and young aspiring professionals as they prepare for school, higher education, and life beyond the classroom. We invest in youth readiness, student confidence, and long-term opportunities by guiding young people toward clearer, well-supported steps into their future.
CampusReady
CampusReady is our college readiness and senior transition program. Here we help high school seniors prepare for life after graduation with structure, clarity, and confidence. Through a Senior Transition Intensive, students get support with college pathway planning, scholarship steps, and transition checklists. The aim is to help students move beyond intention and graduate with clear, actionable next steps. CampusReady strengthens pathways to higher education and ensures students transition from graduation to opportunity with purpose.
Back2School Drive
Back2School Drive is our initiative to support student readiness and school supplies, mobilizing partners, donors, and community members to provide backpacks, supplies, and essential resources. This helps students start the school year prepared, motivated, and supported. Our Back2school Drive also offers a meaningful way for the community to come together for student success. We believe every student deserves a strong start.
