A graduate of NC State University with an MBA, Humphrey possesses a solid foundation in product management and business intelligence. His journey in technology has been fueled by the belief that innovation should be accessible to all, leading him to develop RadSystems—a hybrid SaaS solution that simplifies application development for professionals and aspiring developers worldwide.

Humphrey spearheaded an initiative providing free RadSystems licenses to over 200 students globally, encouraging young developers and entrepreneurs to build applications without financial barriers. With users in 108+ countries, RadSystems has set itself apart as a multi-platform solution supporting Web, Mobile, PWA, and Electron Desktop applications, along with multiple programming languages.

While RadSystems has a global footprint, Humphrey is actively working to expand its impact in the RDU area. His efforts include exploring partnerships with local universities to provide students with hands-on experience in low-code development and engaging with the tech community to drive local innovation. Additionally, RadSystems provided a free license to a teacher at Georgetown High School, South Carolina, which was used to develop an Assessment Tracking System that significantly improved student performance.
