Dr. Shillingford is the founder and CEO of All Things His & Hers and the clinical leader at Prejuve MedSpa & Wellness in Cary, North Carolina. Her practice focuses on non-surgical solutions to common yet often unspoken concerns like postpartum vaginal laxity, bladder leaks, menopausal symptoms, decreased libido, and erectile dysfunction. Recognizing how often these challenges are dismissed or left untreated, she took a bold step to open a dedicated sexual health and wellness center that offers innovative, in-office treatments with little to no downtime.
Her advanced procedures include the Vtone, FormaV, and Morpheus8V—cutting-edge therapies designed to restore pelvic strength, enhance vaginal hydration and elasticity, and improve sexual function and comfort. She also provides PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections to address issues such as erectile dysfunction and low libido in a safe, evidence-based way.
