He also leads governance and strategy as the Director at Buzi AI Experience, a forward-thinking company that explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, agile frameworks, and business innovation.

Whether he is advising startups or facilitating workshops, Buzi uses agile principles as a foundation for unlocking growth, fostering equity, and driving sustainable impact. A dedicated fan and practitioner of mixed martial arts, soccer, and basketball, he draws inspiration from sports to inform his leadership style.
